Organization
Ewaan is more than a company building real estate projects. It is dedicated to the craftsmanship involved with conceiving living communities that are inspired by our surroundings, thus providing wonderful feelings and hidden potentials, and urging us to develop them in the best and most respectful way possible.
We aim to convey craftsmanship in our projects by developing affordable houses with integrated facilities. Taking advantage of the favorable environment in the Saudi market, Ewaan established itself as a closed joint-stock company with a paid-up capital of four hundred million Saudi Riyals. In fact, Ewaan is the outcome of the partnership between a group of established corporations, including the Islamic Corporation for Private Sector Development (ICD), which is affiliated with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Real Estate Development Company (subsidiary to SEDCO Group), Public Pension Agency and the International Investment Bank (IIB) – to name a few. In addition, the company has an alliance with Projacs International Company for Project Management. Such a strategic strength of partnership, we are confident that we can provide a new lifestyle in the Kingdom that reflects perfection in every detail.

Many of today’s cloud offerings provide only part of a solution. Some cloud solution vendors offer only virtualization technology, or hardware, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. Many cloud offerings are specialized, offering only limited functionality and totally lacking modern social and mobile capabilities. In some cases, critical capabilities—such as interoperability with other applications and with other layers of the technology stack—are left out entirely. These vendors specialize in partial solutions that actually add IT complexity.

Oracle’s cloud offerings span public and private clouds and extend to every level of Oracle’s broad product portfolio: applications, middleware, database, servers, storage, networking, and associated operating systems and virtualization software. Only Oracle provides industry-leading, enterprise-grade software, hardware, and services for all types of cloud deployments—public, private, and hybrid—along with the flexibility to migrate applications between types so you can choose the cloud strategy that works best for your business.

Join Neil Bathe, Oracle Principal Sales Consultant , to learn how world-class enterprises are growing more nimble, utilizing Oracle  Cloud  Solutions to:

  *   develop agile, innovative applications
  *   rapidly deploy secure, high-performance solutions

The emergence of SaaS Applications as a mature and viable business tool is now recognized by over 60% of organizations in ECEMEA, according to the results of an IDC Survey on behalf of Oracle. The subject of SaaS and its impact on line of business functions in HCM, Customer Experience and Finance operations has been the subject of considerable interest and debate over the past few years.
