Cliff Godwin, Senior Vice President, Applications Development, Oracle Corporation Cliff Godwin is the Senior Vice President of Applications Development at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Godwin is responsible for the Oracle E-Business Suite business. Mr. Godwin has been a member of the senior management team of Oracle's Applications business for most of his 24 years at Oracle. Following a career in Sales & Distribution and Development, he moved into systems Consultancy in 1991, specialising in Oracle Applications from 1995. Nadia joined Oracle 23 years ago and her main objective is to help customers understand the value that each release of the Oracle E-Business Suite brings to them, to help customers understand the value that the technology brings to the Enterprise Applications in general and to the Oracle E-Business Suite in particular. In this role, Nadia spends lots of time working with the Oracle User Groups such as OAUG and covering events (i.e. Oracle OpenWorld, Collaborate, OAUG Connection Points worldwide etc…). Mrs Hanan Al - Ali, Manager Business Solutions, Gulf Air Mrs Hanan Al-Ali holds the position of Business Solution Manager in the IT department of Gulf Air since 2013. Presentation Title Custom Built Enterprise Automotive Analytics   Abstract: Ebrahim K Kanoo B.S.C. (EKK), a sole automotive distributor of Toyota and Lexus has implemented Oracle e-Business Suite across all its business units. Last year EKK initiated a Business Intelligence project and went live with its first phase. This is unique instance where EKK took the route of custom development of BI applications. The session shall present how to plan and execute BI projects starting from evaluation, product selection, team building, efforts estimation and all lessons learned.

He actively takes part in all major HRMS new functions implementation and recent achievement in support of interface between Kronos and oracle. Swami is an active participant in major event in MEOUG and in specific to Majilis and he has presented last two years and shared his experience in Implementation / Project Management.	Presentation Title The bridge between “End Users” and “IT”   Abstract: SEHA and it facilities has 40+ Self-Services functions and handful of Self-Services for Manager termed as “Manager Self Services”. Knocking the door of end-users and taking the functions to their door step is a challenge and making them accept the functions is more challenging. Oracle team wakes up by users call and answers users before closing their eyes for the day. Making life easier for end-users (employees) is a new page every moment and making oracle the bridge between ‘end-users’ and “IT” is a gift for us. The bridge is built through accepting challenges, hearing end-users needs, translating their needs into reality, building their confidence and ending up with bettered processes; reduce of man-hours, manual works, and paperless transaction are the bricks, steel and cement which will last and change itself for all future technology changes and will stand firm forever.
Jawad Hasan Syed, IT Manager, Ewaan Global Residential   As Information Technology Manager, Mr. Jawad Hasan Syed is responsible for managing technology infrastructure and applications for multiple companies working under “Ewaan Global Residential Company” in real estate development sector. With more than 15 years of experience in consulting, systems implementation & project management, Mr. Jawad has helped a number of customers in many countries to improve and innovate, business processes in order to achieve organization strategic objectives.
