End users are IT professionals, namely CIOs, IT directors, IT managers, Application Managers, Oracle Consultants, DBAs among others. These people are responsible for their organizations' own internal systems and will not provide services, advice, or products to other organizations. Proof of employment may be required to complete the validation process, such as the presentation of a valid business card, company security entrance card, and/or stationery featuring the company letterhead.

If a person is employed by an IT Company, Oracle Partner, System Integrator, reseller, or consulting firm and does not operate as an internal systems specialist, this person will be viewed as an Oracle Partners, IT vendor representative and will not be eligible to attend free of charge. Timothy Scott - Senior Director - Business Development
 
Timothy Scott is Senior Director of Business Development for Oracle's JD Edwards product family managing the largest global system integrators, as well as managing Europe, Africa, and Asia for JD Edwards Business Development.  Previously, Mr. Scott was Senior Director of Technology for JD Edwards and also led the Performance and Benchmark team managing key strategic platform partners such as IBM, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, and Dell. 
Since joining JD Edwards in 1998, Mr. Scott has served in executive and management roles in Release Program Management, Partners in Development, and Global Advanced Technology Services. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Scott has held product development, product management, consulting, and business development roles with a variety of high technology companies.

Mr. Scott is a graduate of Regis University where he received a Masters of Computer Information Systems with honors.


 

John Schiff - Vice President - Business Development

John Schiff is Vice President of Business Development for Oracle’s JD Edwards product. He is responsible for identifying go to marketing strategies;, sourcing the necessary partnerships to sell and install JD Edwards on a global basis.

John’s group has helped Oracle’s JD Edwards solutions continue to enjoy strong growth and high customer satisfaction for fiscal year 2014. Partners have grown their services business, added new products to complement the solution and launched Cloud Offerings.

John brings 40 years of IT experience to the market. His depth of experience has resulted in insightful innovation in the JD Edwards product, its partners and customer implementations.

 

Arun Tewary -  VP-IT & CIO of Emirates Flight Catering Co. (EKFC), Dubai (UAE)

Arun Tewary is the VP-IT & CIO of Emirates Flight Catering Co. (EKFC), Dubai (UAE). He has earned the reputation & title of “ERP Guru” in the region. Arun is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology and Business Process Improvements within the organization. EKFC is the largest single unit aviation catering unit in the world.

Arun has over 25 years of experience in IT domain. During his career he has been involved and has lead number of complex ERP implementations both in India and Middle East. Arun has transformed many companies and IT landscapes from desperate standalone systems into an integrated enterprise wide system which has brought in process improvements and efficiency to the organization thereby improving the bottom line of the organization as well as enhancing their corporate images.

He was recently named as one of the top CIO 50 of the year 2014 by CPI Media Group – this was third award in a row. Arun is an active participant in various professional forums and is recognized in the industry because of his “reality based” practical and rational viewpoints. His last ERP project got him Arab Technology Award in 2011 for best implementation in Travel & Hospitality sector. Arun is a member of HP Advisory Council and has been adjudged as one of the top 10 CIOs of Middle East for 2011 by Arabian Computer News. He is also a winner of Aviation Technology Awards 2012 and awarded by Computer News Middle East as 2009 top 20 CIOs of the year and 2013 top 50 CIOs of the year. Arun has won many awards and has been consistently enlightening the industry by delivering interesting and relevant talks. He is a regular contributor to regional magazines and all major technology events in the region and Oracle Open World.






 

Neville Deboo - Business Development Manager - Systems , Middle East & Africa

Neville Deboo is the Regional Business Development Manager for Oracle Systems based in Dubai covering Middle East & Africa.  He has over 22 years of IT experience in Sales and Business Development in various positions, working for leading Server Brands, with international, regional and local markets spanning across Emerging Markets,Middle East,Africa, India & ASEAN regions.  

During his extensive tenure in the IT Industry, he has witnessed the evolution of IT from Mainframe to Open Systems environments, and recently towards Enterprise wide Cloud Deployments, with an increasing emphasis on 'Simplifying IT’.  

Neville is well known for his strong strategic thinking approach coupled with an execution focus to win in the market and deliver Quantifiable Business Value to many clients.  Today, he has been recognised as a trusted adviser to customers and partners across the region.

Stephen Dando

A CxO level executive and Director with more than 35 years business experience gained in the UK, Eastern Europe, the Far East and the Middle East; with a background of success building and managing Professional Service organizations and advising senior Government officials.

A qualified UK accountant with hands on P&L, investment analysis, budget, financial planning and strategy development experience.

Areas of expertise include Programme and Project Management, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, managing large multidisciplinary teams, delivering complex ERP projects and managing change in a multi-cultural environment.
