Alok Srivastava has over Seventeen years of experience in areas of Enterprise IT Management, Strategy, ERP, BI, EDMS, Business Applications, Consulting, Business Processes Automation, PMO, Governance, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Budgeting and Operations management. Critical review of Business Systems, IT Transformation & Restructuring processes for operational efficiency, automations and Cost Optimization.

He has worked with Ballarpur Industries, Mahindra Satyam, Wipro, Oracle Consulting, Emaar Group, Sorouh, Masdar & Deyaar Group with last 10 years in UAE working in real estate domain. He has managed multiple complex projects revamping business processes on SharePoint, EDMS, ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM and Business Intelligence incorporating worldwide best practices. He has actively shared and presented his experience as a speaker in UAE at OAUG, MEOUG, CIO Summits, ACN 100, MENA CIO Summit, OT Summit, Cloud Congress conferences and Oracle BI Event as well as in Greece, Europe on Business Technology.

Alok has specialized in the real Estate domain with major successes with Emaar Group, and Sorouh’s ERP Implementation with Big Bang Approach of implementing 22 modules/custom components along with Business Intelligence and data migration for 2 Group Companies achieved in only 7 months.

Sorouh’s implementation was featured as customer success story for E-Business and Business Intelligence at Oracle and it won Top 20 CIO and Best Real Estate deployment award in 2010. ICT Restructuring efforts at Masdar has resulted in AED 40+ Million cost savings in last couple of years while streamlining and optimizing the ICT processes, Applications, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Data Center etc., effort which has resulted in receiving numerous Industry recognitions along with his team.
